I FINISHED 75 HARD!!!!!
I set out on this lil’ 75 Hard journey early this year for myriad reasons.
I’d found myself swallowed by anxiety, doom-scrolling, forgetful, hungover too often, wasting chances to maximize my relationships and experiences… tbh, just felt really *bleh*.
I framed it all as a need to refocus.
So, I wanted to reclaim control and reestablish discipline.
EVERY DAY FOR 75 DAYS… I:
Finished a 60-minute workout
Consumed no alcohol
Drank a gallon of water
Ate three consistent meals
Prioritized creating content than consuming
Journaled before bed
And tbh, the results were INSANE.
• My productivity soared at work. (You’re welcome, @JudiciaryDems.)
• Anxieties felt more surmountable.
• I enjoyed going out sober!!! (Shoutout to Celsius + club soda with lime… energy boost!)
• I fell back in love with racing (More to come there.)
• My memory sharpened.
• I saved a shit ton of money.
• I grew and defined muscle.


And most importantly, I felt in control of my surroundings again.
(That’s especially important with *gestures to the world* everything goin’ on.)
Now, don’t get me wrong. I had a couple free passes (some post-conference drinks in NYC, a brunch with cherry blossom 10 miler friends, a missed workout day).
BUT, this was a reminder that your TIME and ATTENTION are the most valuable currency you have. ❤️
